- I have been in the care industry for over 40 years. I am now retired after working as a PA for the elderly and I specialised in elderly with mental health problems, but not dementia. I am spiritual, but at the beginning of my journey, I have done Reiki up to the advanced level and I am now qualified in Reflexology level 5 I live in a beautiful part of Wales. I'm divorced with three now adult children, and I like to think that I'm a happy chappy. I like to help people and I am blessed with the job I used do and the friends I have made by showing kindness.

Hi there, i have just come across this post and find it extremely interesting. I too have fallen foul of this company but i cannot go into great detail at the moment as there is a pending investigation. What i can say is that a former colleague and manager of one of there homes has left less than a month ago for different reasons and the owner has followed the exact same route with her. I also have thankfully left after learning of the reasons behind my former manager leaving. He has also sent me a letter from his wife who is conveniently head of HR claiming that i have taken money for personal use an allegation which i would refute to my grave. I hope you get somewhere with the action that you are able to take and please post hopefully the correct outcome. This man needs to be stopped

John I can only wish you luck in your venture. Having had to withdraw this blog, due to legal threats, I can only sympathise as I know how underhanded this company is and how they openly abuse the system to their own advantage, but woe betide you if you have the audacity to fight back back or even print the truth
